Gerald Hermitage
• Replace roof – $2,000
• Replace Heat Pump and Air Conditioning – $5,000
Building 3 – Replace northeast corner of roof – $1,200
Road – Patch, fill cracks, and seal – $4,000
We continually have maintenance needs. The above is what we are planning to accomplish this summer. Last summer we had an unexpected power failure that cost $10,000. Any donations toward that outstanding bill would be greatly appreciated.
